Role: SAP Workforce software Consultant

Location : Remote ( You can work remotely from the USA, but you will need to work according to Canadian business hours)

Priority : High c2c and W2 both works

As a SAP WFS Consultant, you will :

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to workforce management and time tracking.
- Configure and implement Workforce Software (WFS) modules. Design Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Leave, and Absence Management solutions. Integrate WFS with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Payroll, and other HR systems.
- Configure work schedules, pay rules, accruals,



attendance policies, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions with stakeholders.
- Develop functional specifications and configuration documents.
- Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve WFS production issues.
- Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with offshore/onshore teams and project managers for successful delivery.
