- Supervise and support workforce training and development
- Maintain awareness of current project schedules and labour needs
- Promote respectful and productive workplace environments
- Identify and address workforce shortages and certification gaps
- Provide leadership with workforce capacity information Requirements:
- 5-10 years experience in workforce or construction fields
- Strong relationship and communication skills
- Knowledge of community development processes
- Ability to manage changing workforce priorities
