In this role, you will coordinate violence prevention strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders, with a sharp focus on workplace safety priorities. - Conduct workplace violence risk assessments and analyses
- Review and classify staff incident reports accurately
- Monitor and track violent incidents across locations
- Prepare data reports assessing safety program effectiveness
- Coordinate workplace violence prevention committee initiatives
Requirements:
- Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (essential)
- Minimum three years' related experience in healthcare
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Completion of Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training
- Criminal Record Check (Level 1) required
