Westshore Marine is a leading powersport dealership known for its diverse range of recreational vehicles, including Snowmobiles, ATVs, UTVs, boats, and more. We prioritize excellence in customer service, product quality, and operational efficiency. We are seeking a proactive Yard Manager to ensure the effective management of our yard and inventory.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Yard Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard; manage vehicle staging and display.
- Inventory Management: Track vehicle movements, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with sales and service teams. Keep accurate records of vehicle locations within the yard and coordinate with the sales and service departments to manage vehicle flow.
- Customer Deliveries: Assist with vehicle preparation and staging for customer deliveries and dealership display.
- Safety & Compliance: Conduct regular safety checks and ensure adherence to safety standards. Report any safety concerns, equipment issues, or incidents to the Service Manager immediately.
- Vehicle Loading & Unloading :
Oversee the safe and efficient loading and unloading of vehicles and equipment, ensuring damage prevention and compliance with safety standards. Operate forklifts, trailers, and other equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in yard management, logistics, or a similar role, preferably in a dealership setting.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management.
- Valid driver’s license; forklift certification is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

- Yard Manager or Dealership: 2 years (preferred)
