As a pivotal member of our Athabasca OSB Division in Slave Lake, your primary responsibility will be to lead and inspire your production team. You will implement safety practices, monitor output, and work collaboratively across departments to meet our ambitious production goals.

Candidates with a strong background in manufacturing and 2-3 years of team leadership experience will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Completion of Grade 12; relevant post-secondary education is a plus
- 2-3 years of leadership experience in production

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
