Analyze and resolve day-to-day incidents, billing exceptions, and defects to ensure smooth Meter-to-Cash operations.Provide operational support by addressing issues related to:
Billing exceptionsDevice installation/removalMeter readingsDevice Management (DM) integration defects
Manage incidents and support operations related to data exchange (IDEX) processes, including IDoc processing.Perform SAP IS-U configuration updates for:
Billing modulesDevice Management modules
Prepare functional specifications for WRICEF objects, including:
Billing reportsDM workflowsFabric pipelines
Conduct:




Unit TestingIntegration TestingUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Ensure end-to-end validation across systems.Identify and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities using Microsoft Fabric capabilities such as:
DataflowsPipelinesLakehousePower BI embedded analytics
Analyze recurring issues and propose automation or process enhancements to reduce manual effort and minimize billing exceptions.Required Skill Set
