NOW HIRING: Retail Sales Associate (Fragrance) - DAY SHIFTS
Colonia Perfumes – Winnipeg (Kildonan Place, St. Vital Mall, and NEW location in Garden City Mall Opening August 14th 2026)
Colonia Perfumes is a fast-growing fragrance brand expanding across Canada. We are hiring serious, reliable sales professionals who want consistent hours, strong earning potential, and long-term growth.
This is not a passive retail role. We are looking for individuals who are confident approaching customers, closing sales, and showing up ready to perform every shift.
What This Role Involves
- Actively approaching and engaging mall shoppers.
- Recommending fragrances based on customer preferences.
- Demonstrating products and closing sales.
- Meeting and exceeding daily sales targets.
- Maintaining a clean, professional kiosk presentation.
What We’re Looking For
- Beauty/Fragrance knowledge is preferred.
- Reliable and punctual — attendance is critical.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers.
- Sales-driven mindset.
- Motivated and take work seriously.
- Full time: Must be available to work up to 37.5 hours per week. Availability must include: morning, afternoons, and day shifts.
- Part time: Must be availbe to work up to 22 hours per week. Availability must include: mornings, afternoons, and day shifts.
Pay Structure
- $16.00-18.00/hour.
Experience dependent.
