- Special Education qualifications or experience working with students with Learning Disabilities and ADHD
- Experience teaching DI reading programs or working with emergent readers
- Experience teaching math up to grade 8
- Experience teaching paragraph and essay writing to junior/intermediate students
- Flexibility to conduct in-person and virtual sessions, and fill scheduling gaps by working in-person or virtually, depending on the team's needs
