TMMC is looking for a Licensed Millwright to join its Skilled Trades group. This role demands proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on complex machinery. You will work collaboratively to minimize production disruptions while ensuring equipment reliability and longevity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain plant machinery effectively
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
- Weld and utilize mill and lathe tools for fabrication
- Perform preventative maintenance to uphold production targets

Requirements:

- Ontario 426A/433A Millwright Certificate required
- Completion of Apprenticeship or 3 years experience preferred
- Hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts in Cambridge or Woodstock
