City of Hamilton is seeking a Time & Attendance Lead to own enterprise timekeeping within UKG Pro WFM. You will define requirements, drive design and configuration, and ensure accurate time capture and payroll alignment across unions and policies.

You will partner with HR, IT, and external vendors to optimize processes, implement future-state solutions, and deliver data-driven insights using UKG Pro Analytics and Power BI.
