Must-Haves
- 7-8+ years of project/program management experience
- Experience leading large, cross-functional transformation or remediation programs
- Solid stakeholder management skills with ability to drive consensus across diverse groups
- Experience identifying, tracking, escalating, and resolving risks/issues
- AI governance subject matter expertise
- Understanding of AI risk frameworks and controls
- Experience serving as a key point of contact for audit, regulatory, or assurance activities
Nice-to-Haves
- Banking/financial services experience
- AI implementation experience
- Exposure to AI governance frameworks such as NIST, OECD, and ISO/IEC 42001
What They'll Be Doing
- Leading a large AI risk remediation/transformation program over the next 8-10 months
- Acting as the primary liaison for Internal Audit and Regulatory Affairs
- Coordinating across Risk, Technology, Business, Compliance, and Legal teams
- Reporting on key risks, milestones, and program status to leadership

- Ability to work with a wide range of personalities and stakeholders
- Strong influence and consensus-building skills
- Ownership mentality and proactive problem solving
