Castilion is building a global network of Client Relations Advisors who connect investors in their own markets with pre-construction property opportunities in Dubai and the wider UAE.

Dubai is one of the most internationally owned property markets on earth. In the first half of 2026 its ten largest buyer groups came from four continents: India 20.6%, United Kingdom 13.3%, Egypt 12.6%, United States 9.0%, Pakistan 6.9%, Saudi Arabia 5.7%, Australia 5.7%, Germany 4.2%, France 3.8%, Canada 3.0%. Every one of those is a market where an advisor should be. We are hiring the founding advisors now.
