Blue Mountain Resort is hiring Winter Patrollers to maintain safety across the resort’s trails. Responsibilities include engaging with guests, conducting incident investigations, and managing first response equipment readiness. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing excellent service while working in all weather conditions and participating in search and rescue operations when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor trail conditions for guest safety




• Conduct investigations for incidents and document findings
• Maintain first response equipment and supplies
• Assist guests and respond in emergencies
• Participate in search and rescue missions as necessary
Requirements:
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Current First Responder First Aid certification
• Valid G Ontario driver’s license
• Robust skiing/snowboarding skills
• Equipment meeting BMR standards required
