SE Health is seeking a Qualified Practice Leader for Mackenzie Health Rehab Services to support Vaughan hospital operations and the Community Stroke Rehab Program. The role reports to the Operations Manager and focuses on leading interdisciplinary teams across OT, PT, and therapy assistants.

You will lead hiring, education, and practice development, aligned with the Regulated Health Professions Act, to ensure high-quality patient care and staff growth.
