As a key member of our team at DFI, the Field HSE Advisor will drive continuous improvement in our HSE management system. This role requires a thorough understanding of OHS/WHS regulations, as well as the ability to conduct audits and inspections. You will collaborate closely with field operations to advance a safety-first culture and conduct effective incident investigations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support development of HSE management focused on improvement
• Conduct field inspections and audits for compliance




• Provide training on HSE procedures and initiatives
• Facilitate incident investigations and hazard assessments
• Collaborate with operations for effective safety coaching
Requirements:
• Post-secondary OH&S; certification or diploma
• 3-5 years of experience in HSE roles
• NCSO or CRSP designation preferred
• Robust technical writing and communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 80%
