The Collection Manager will have:

- 5+ years of experience in third-party debt collections in Canada
- Solid working knowledge of provincial collection legislation and consumer protection requirements
- Proven leadership managing collector performance and portfolio results within a collection agency environment
- Experience working accounts on behalf of major clients (telecom, financial institutions, etc.)
- Strong understanding of compliance-sensitive account treatment and legal escalation processes
- Willingness to relocate to Edmonton, AB (relocation support negotiable)

The Collection Manager will:

- Oversee day-to-day collector performance and portfolio strategy




- Collaborating with all Divisions to ensure long-term success with all clients
- Drive compliance-sensitive decision-making on account treatment and legal escalation
- Lead and mentor a collections team to hit performance targets
