EY is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Senior Consultant to lead complex HRIS implementations and guide clients from strategy to post-go-live optimization. You will influence stakeholders, own solution design, and ensure seamless integration with other HR systems. You’ll mentor delivery teams, drive process improvements, and champion adoption across onshore/offshore models. A robust background in HR processes and SAP SuccessFactors is essential, with French/English bilingualism
