As part of the inclusive before and after school program, your main duties will revolve around creating a protected, enjoyable environment for children aged 5 to 12. Collaborate with a dedicated team, design relevant programs, and ensure that each child feels valued and included. Your work will positively impact the lives of families and children in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate high-quality age-appropriate programs
• Engage children in indoor and outdoor activities
• Mentor staff and foster teamwork
• Build strong connections with children and families
• Maintain a clean and organized setting for activities
Requirements:
• At least 19 years of age
• Experience in child-focused environments
• Planning and leadership skills for inclusive activities
• Excellent communication abilities
• Emergency First Aid & CPR certification needed
