As Senior Vice President – Data Centers: You'll open doors from day one, bringing existing relationships with data centre owners, operators, developers and the partner ecosystem around them, and converting those relationships into a qualified pipeline across (region/market) within your first two quarters. You'll originate and close work yourself, identifying where clients need help on their capital programmes, leading the pursuit end to end, and signing multi-year advisory and programme management engagements rather than waiting for opportunities to be passed to you. You'll shape the solution and the commercial model, designing the approach, team structure and pricing that answers the client's problem and stands up commercially for both sides. You'll build the team behind the win, attracting senior practitioners into the Canadian market and standing up the delivery capability, locally and with global support, that scales as the pipeline converts.
