- Review, analyze, and redline commercial contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and business objectives.
- Provide expert input on matters relating to employment law, structured finance, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions.
- Evaluate and advise on SaaS Master Service Agreements (MSAs) to identify areas of risk and recommend improvements.
- Interpret complex regulatory requirements and shape guidelines for compliance within evolving legal landscapes.
- Assess data privacy policies and practices in accordance with international standards and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to clarify legal concepts and deliver clear, actionable written feedback.

Requirements

- Have an active Bar membership and be in positive standing.
- Have a minimum of of experience practicing law,



with a demonstrable track record in commercial contracts, employment law, and structured finance.
- Possess deep knowledge of private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrate proficiency in contract redlining and negotiation, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Have hands‑on experience reviewing and advising on SaaS MSAs and data privacy matters.
- Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex legal concepts for diverse audiences.
