DATA Communications Management Corp. in Toronto, ON, is seeking a Proposal Delivery Manager to own the full proposal lifecycle from go/no-go through content creation, reviews, approvals and submission.

This hybrid role requires coordinating with Sales and SMEs to turn client needs into transparent, persuasive proposals that win. You will lead RFPs and RFIs, manage multiple proposals, ensure accuracy and brand alignment, and leverage AI tools to sharpen content while maintaining strict deadlines.
