Job Description / Accountabilities Work Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada Hours: 37.5 Line of Business: Finance Pay Details: $96,900 - $136,800 CAD This role is eligible for a discretionary variable compensation award that considers business and individual performance. Job Description: Job Description / Accountabilities: The Manager will support TD’s enterprise capital management mandate, with a primary focus on strategic capital optimization and capital performance analytics. The role will contribute to identifying opportunities to improve capital efficiency, evaluating capital and return outcomes, and developing insights that support disciplined balance sheet usage and strategic decision‑making across businesses. The Manager will work closely with partners across Treasury, Finance, Risk Management,



business segments and other enterprise teams to deliver high-quality analysis and executive-ready materials for senior management, governance committees and the Board of Directors. Key responsibilities Maintain and enhance capital performance dashboards and analytics, including Return on Equity, Organic Capital Accretion, Economic Profit and related measures used to assess capital deployment and return outcomes. Perform analytical assessments and scenario analysis to evaluate the capital and return implications of optimization initiatives and business strategies, clearly articulating key drivers, trade-offs and considerations. Contribute to the continued enhancement of capital allocation methodologies and performance measurement approaches, including improvements to data, analytical processes, controls and governance. Support the identification and assessment of capital optimization opportunities, including those arising from data, methodology and product-related enhancements. Develop clear, concise and executive-ready presentations and analysis for senior management, governance committees and the Board of Directors. Partner with stakeholders across Treasury, Finance, Risk Management, business segments and other enterprise teams to promote a consistent understanding of capital requirements, performance implications and opportunities to improve capital efficiency. Maintain a solid understanding of regulatory capital frameworks, financial markets, banking products, business strategies and capital management practices to support informed analysis and recommendations.
