JOB DESCRIPTION

Our banking client is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support its Control Testing and Regulatory Risk team. This is a highly detail-oriented administrative role focused on maintaining testing records, supporting compliance documentation, coordinating reporting activities, and ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the team's book of record, assisting with reporting requests, supporting SharePoint site administration, and preparing presentations and compliance-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update control testing records and compliance documentation.

• Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

• Enter and maintain records within the team's book of record.

• Support the administration and maintenance of SharePoint sites, including organizing and managing folders and documentation.

• Generate and distribute reports using Power BI and other reporting tools.

• Filter, extract, and prepare specific reporting outputs from Power BI dashboards.

• Assist with ad hoc reporting requests from business stakeholders.

• Prepare and format PowerPoint presentations and management reporting materials.

• Support regulatory risk and compliance activities through accurate record maintenance and documentation management.

• Ensure all testing results, records, and supporting documentation are properly tracked and organized.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE





• Previous experience in an Administrative Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, Operations Support, or similar administrative role within a large enterprise setting.

• Strong data entry and record management experience.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.

• Experience using SharePoint, including document management and folder administration.

• Experience using Power BI for filtering, extracting, and distributing reports.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint for presentation preparation and formatting

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Banking industry experience.

• Experience supporting Compliance, Audit, Regulatory Risk, Controls Testing, Risk Management, or Governance teams.

• Familiarity with regulatory documentation and control-testing environments.

Experience supporting reporting and documentation functions within financial services organizations.

Compensation:

$18/hr to $24/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
