About the Role:

As a CBREGMP Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining assigned areas of the property and grounds.

This job is part of the Office Operations function. They are responsible for providing office support to a client, business function, or individual contributor.

What You'll Do:

- Perform cleaning, housekeeping, and light maintenance tasks and services throughout the assigned property.
- Examine property for safety hazards, and reports problems to Facilities Manager or other appropriate staff.
- Assist with the cleaning and sanitizing of shared facilities and common spaces.
- Modify the scope of cleaning and maintenance based on the specified needs of the particular property.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited chance to exercise discretion.
- Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
