Orleans Toyota is currently seeking an Appointment Coordinator to join our team of customer focused professionalswithin our high volume and process-driven Dealership.

Purpose/Summaryof Position:

- Handle all incoming service calls and emails for service appointments
- Advise and promote recommended scheduled maintenance
- Answer customer inquiries, concerns and provide assistance where needed
- Input and maintain vehicle/customer information in the computer system
- Complete outbound reminder calls and emails to schedule appointments
- Identify and escape customer concerns with the management team usingour process
- Conduct Follow-Up calls for Customer Satisfaction

- Fluent in French and English is required

Candidates must possess:

- Previous Dealership Service Department Appointment Booking experience preferred
- Preferred Previous customer service/administrative experience required
- Experience with CDK or Dealermine an asset
