Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (IT, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or other) Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in project, program or portfolio management Five (5) to seven (7)



years of experience managing large-scale projects or programs Proficiency and experience with project portfolio management concepts and experience producing pre-project deliverables such as business cases (asset) Project management certification (PMP, PgMP, etc.) and/or an Agile certification (SAFe, Scrum) (asset) Positive knowledge of business domains related to the insurance sector Familiarity with tools specific to the field of expertise (CA PPM) Advanced proficiency in French, both written and spoken Intermediate proficiency in English, both written and spoken, due to the nature of tasks or interactions with English-speaking colleagues, partners, clients or vendors, and to support the company’s growth objectives.
