Our client is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee service delivery, operational performance, client relationships, financial results, and team leadership across a multi-site portfolio. Full time Monday to Friday schedule

A typical day:

- Lead and oversee daily operations across multiple sites within an assigned region
- Drive service excellence, operational consistency, and client satisfaction
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed




- Build and maintain strong client relationships while acting as the primary operational contact
- Analyze operational reports and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Manage budgets, forecasting, profitability, invoicing, and account reconciliation activities
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop managers and frontline teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures

Successful candidates will have:

- 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams in a multi-site operational environment
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop employees across multiple locations
- Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational metrics
- Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and business reporting systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and willingness/flexibility to travel regularly and to support operational needs, including occasional evenings or weekends
