Responsibilities include

- operating heavy, medium,



and light-duty equipment used for highway, airport, sign installation, and pavement marking operations
- performing seasonal highway maintenance and winter snow and ice control activities
- conducting equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
- assisting with traffic control and work zone setup
- installing signage
- monitoring safety compliance
- documenting incidents and operational activities
- maintaining equipment and material records
- and assisting with crew coordination, task assignment, and quality control
