- Experience in computer diagnostics & repair, both software & hardware
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- IT certifications or equivalent qualified experience preferred
- Fluency in English
List of Duties
- Repair, build, troubleshoot, and configure hardware & software
- Support Mac, PC, iOS, and Android
- Replace smartphone batteries & screens
- Identify and resolve security threats & scams
- Clearly explain your work, verbally and through written reports
- Order, promote, and sell our products
- Optional: Deliver parts and services at customer’s location
- Provide remote support by phone or internet
