This contract opportunity supports business analysis, project management, and change management initiatives within a public sector environment. The role includes facilitating meetings and workshops, developing project documentation, coordinating technical activities, and supporting organizational change initiatives. The successful candidate will contribute to process mapping, project planning, stakeholder engagement, and business process improvement activities in a hybrid work environment.

1 year contract to start. Hybrid mode in Richmond.

Develop project plans, process maps, change management plans, and statements of work

Prepare presentations for steering committees

Maintain risk and issue logs and decision logsGather and translate business and non-functional requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria

Analyze and document business problems and design approaches using business process improvement methodologies
