Job DescriptionGreat Gulf is seeking aShowroom Hostfor its Design Studio in Etobicoke.Showroom Host will be responsible for providing homeowners with excellent customer service and a memorable experience during their Design Studio browsing appointment. This includes greeting homeowners, leading a tour throughout our Design Studio, and being available to answer any questions they may have about the products/services offered by Great Gulf. Most importantly, offering professional advice regarding colour, style and material selections.Key ResponsibilitiesShowroom Host DutiesProvide detailed showroom tour to first-time visitorsProvide and review model specific pricing and catalogues with purchasersExplain the different levels of options available to purchasers based on their respective communitiesAssist purchasers with the interior selections, offer advice and guidanceAssist purchasers with their inquiries, direct them to Full‑Time Design Studio staff if requiredClean & sanitize samples after purchaser use, return samples to designating areasMaintain overall cleanliness of the showroomReception DutiesGreet homeowners upon their arrival to the Design StudioAnswer incoming calls, record and distribute messages for Design Studio Staff if requiredAccess Dynamic Builder Software to provide the appropriate price list to purchasers and floor plans if neededMay be asked to assist with calling homeowners that have upcoming appointments to book scheduled browsing timeAccept debit or credit card payments and use internal software to record transactionsEducation, Experience, And QualificationsMinimum 1 + years in customer service roleInterior Design or Interior Decorating diploma (or currently enrolled in Design Program)
