The claims are of varying low to moderate complexity and the successful candidate will have a dynamic personality and the ability to excel in a high performance environment. The Junior Claims Adjuster ensures claims are properly investigated, evaluated, and resolved in a timely manner.What You Will DoInvestigate, evaluate, negotiate personal/commercial lines claims of low to moderate complexityManage challenging coverage claims with tact and professionalismTimely, accurate reserving in line with Corporate protocols and guidelinesMaintain control over expenses through pro-active handling techniquesDirect vendor partners as necessaryObtain approval from Manager on claims above authorityManage claims in litigation, participate in mediations,



pre-trials and settlement conferencesPerform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Unit ManagerSalary range is not inclusive of total compensation.The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
