FinanceOverview of the Role Salesforce is hiring a Senior Manager on the Quote to Cash Innovation team to lead large-scale initiatives on behalf of Quote to Cash. We’re looking for critical thinkers that want to roll up their sleeves and work on some of the most complex and visible projects currently kicking off. As a member of the broader Product to Cash organization, you would be responsible for a variety of enterprise-level projects to expand our capabilities and enhance our back‑office processes, especially in the consumption selling model space. Duties include making functional and architectural decisions, program management, and all other activities required to successfully connect current requirements with future results.ResponsibilitiesRepresent Quote to Cash Strategy and Operations teams on large scale internal projectsAct as a subject matter expert for Salesforce internal Quote to Cash systems and processesDesign business process and work with technology teams to develop necessary capabilities needed in Salesforce’s Quote to Cash systemsCreate and maintain project plans, drive progress, maintain issue and risk logs, manage and expand issuesDeliver status updates to impacted executives and relevant stakeholders for key strategic initiativesEngage with cross-functional teams to guide project activities resulting in final solutions that delight our internal customersDevelop, document,



and maintain a repository of relevant Quote to Cash business rules and process flowsCollaborate with internal users to obtain feedback on improving systems/processes and working with technology to deliver requestsWork with training & engagement specialists to create training materials to ensure successful change management resultsAd-hoc reporting and research activities as project needs dictateLead and coach business analyst(s) in crafting business requirements and process flowsRequired Skills / Experience4+ years of experience related to Configure Price Quote, Contract Lifecycle Management, Product & Pricing Operations and Order Management processes and systems3+ years of project management experience3+ years of experience with Salesforce productsExcellent interpersonal skills; ability to articulate verbally and in writing; willingness to appropriately debate difficult issues; ability to think quicklyAbility to excel in a fast‑paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines where adaptability is imperativeCapacity to identify and understand broader business and financial issues from an end‑user’s perspectiveExperience successfully juggling multiple projects and tasks concurrentlyExtreme attention to detail with an ability to work independently and demonstrate initiativePreferred Skills / ExperienceExposure to SaaS and Consumption based offeringsWorking knowledge of process documentation softwareWorking knowledge of project management tracking solutionsExposure to enterprise level, transformational projectsPosting Statement Salesforce is an equal chance employer and maintains a policy of non-discrimination with all employees and applicants for employment.
