Assignment:

- Part-time 0.51 FTE probationary teaching position
- Instructing in a combined grade 5/6 classroom
- Duties to commence August 26, 2026 and will continue for the remainder of the 2026/2027 school year

Qualifications:

- Knowledge and Experience teaching Division 2 students would be considered an asset
- Ability to create an engaging, inclusive, and differentiated learning experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to support diverse learners and differentiate instruction to meet a variety of student needs
- Commitment to collaboration and building positive relationships with students, families, administration and colleagues
- Commitment to student social and academic growth
- Background and/or experience in Literacy and Numeracy Intervention would be considered an asset




- Passion for education and a commitment to ongoing student success
- Ability to differentiate instructional strategies to effectively meet a wide range of individual needs and abilities
- Willingness to work in a team-orientated environment
- Assessment literate
- Robust planning and organizational skills
- Effective classroom management that facilitates a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for all students
- Commitment to ongoingprofessional growth
