As we continue to grow, we are seeking a drivenRegional Field Managerto lead sales performance across the GTA.About The RoleAs a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving regional sales performance, executing strategic initiatives, and delivering against defined targets and KPIs. This role requires a strong sales leader who ishighly data-driven, capable of analyzing performance trends andforecasting future results and opportunities. You will work both in-office and in the field, including weekends, to ensure consistent execution and sustained growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive regional sales performance by meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIsLead, coach, and support a field-based sales team to deliver consistent, high-quality resultsAnalyze sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to inform decision-makingDevelop accurate forecasts and projections to anticipate performance, risks, and growth opportunitiesExecute regional sales strategies aligned with client and business objectivesConduct regular field visits to assess execution, provide coaching, and drive improvementBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and client partnersMonitor, report on, and communicate regional performance, insights, and recommendationsCollaborate with head office teams to support planning, forecasting,
