• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and update systems
• Execute the annual Performance Management cycle within the LMS

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 4-6 years in training or learning & development
• Experience with LMS administration and HR technologies
• Familiarity with oil & gas industry preferred
