Key Responsibilities: • Review and analyze Discrepant Material Reports (DMRs)
• Participate in MRB activities and provide technical evaluations • Prepare DMRs for customer submission as needed • Guide production teams on disposition instructions • Develop and maintain in-house training for certification programs
Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Quality • Strong understanding of aerospace engineering principles • Experience with non-conformance review processes • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
