Summary

Provide administrative and back-of-house support to the sales team at the Vancouver boutique in Holt Renfrew. The role includes inventory management, after-sales tasks, and assisting on the shop floor as needed. Support boutique openings while maintaining high standards of customer service, organization, and confidentiality. Responsibilities

Establish and maintain strong client relationships in-person and by phone; respond promptly to internal and external queries Assist on the shop floor: welcome clients, present collections,



and escort clients as needed Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping; ensure cash and wrap stations are stocked Accurately document and deliver messages to Fashion Advisors; communicate with colleagues and Head Office Support inventory management including shipments, transfers, cycle counts, and after-sales tasks Maintain back-office areas and ensure inventory integrity and organization Requirements

1-3 years of experience in retail operations and/or stock roles Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes Customer service oriented with excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills Robust verbal and written communication skills; comfortable collaborating with multiple departments Fluent in English; additional language considered an asset
