PakFactory is seeking an HR Generalist / HR Lead to partner with the CEO, design our org architecture from scratch, and establish compliant performance and HR processes as we scale. In this hands-on leadership role, you will own end-to-end talent lifecycle, policies, and regulatory compliance across Canada, while building payroll, advantages, and HRIS platforms such as Zoho People.

You will drive organizational design, performance culture, and workplace compliance, reporting directly to the CEO
