Union and Labor Relations experience required, no exceptions! Demonstrated experience leading labour relations, grievance handling, Experience providing HR leadership and coaching to managers and HR team members. Proficiency with HRIS Strong analytical skills for workforce planning, budgeting, and reporting. Ability to work and achieve results in a fast-paced, results driven environment Experience in workplace safety programs
