Eastlink is seeking a Business Support Coordinator in Halifax to join our team. You will attend virtual/in-person customer meetings as the subject matter expert and ensure the successful onboarding of new customers, delivering ongoing support to enhance satisfaction and retention.

The role requires coordinating with Sales, Repair and Marketing on telephony products, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven workplace with willingness for local/regional travel.
