As we move on to current projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for an additional Lead Graphics Programmer to join the team and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect.ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor and coach our Graphics teamAssist with recruiting of Graphics ProgrammersManage code reviews and code features documentationWork in tandem with Larian Studios other programming LeadsAssist in maintaining, porting and extending our proprietary engine on multiple platformsDebug and optimize code to hit quality and performance targetsShow a strong passion for low level coding and a big interest in performance analysisComplete all tasks in a timely manner and to a consistent high quality standardDevelop well designed software within project schedule to team standardsShow strong passion for making the highest quality state of the art gamesSafeguard company assets including source code, art work, tools,
