• Screen resumes and perform candidate interviews • Make decisive hiring decisions promptly • Build rapport with candidates to enhance their experience • Source candidates through various channels • Document candidate progress in tracking systems

Requirements: • High School Diploma required • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience • Experience in construction or heavy civil preferred • HR education or RPR designation, an asset • Solid communication and problem-solving skills
