Key Responsibilities:
• Provide delegated care tasks to residents as required
• Assist residents during move-ins and orientation
• Administer medication following policy guidelines




• Maintain and update care plans for residents
• Foster respectful relationships with families and team members
Requirements:
• Certification from a recognized Resident Care Aide training provider
• Registration with the BC Care Aide and Community Health Worker Registry
• Medication Administration Certificate or equivalent
• Current First Aid and Food Safe Certificates
• At least 1 year of care experience preferred
