They’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across the business, partnering with stakeholders to attract exceptional talent while helping shape the future of the people agenda.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of business functions
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver outstanding hiring outcomes
- Direct sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management
- Building proactive talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Improving recruitment processes, reporting and hiring efficiencies
- Supporting contractor hiring and compliance processes




- Contributing to employer branding and EVP initiatives
- Acting as a trusted recruitment partner to stakeholders across the business
- Using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS software

What We’re Looking For

- In-house recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Proven ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, accountable and solutions-focused approach
- Experience recruiting across corporate and commercial functions
- Valuable knowledge of UK recruitment best practice and employment legislation
