Fort McKay Group of Companies is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead to oversee the safe and effective maintenance of heavy mining equipment at the Alex & Alice Boucher Fort McKay Industrial Park. You will coordinate daily work, guide technicians, and ensure tasks meet site standards on the shop floor. The role requires 3+ years leading preventative maintenance in industrial environments, CSTS/CSO, and a strong commitment to safety. 14 on/14 off 12‑hour shifts; flight and camp not provided. #J-18808-Ljbffr
