Windsor Salt is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator to oversee site health, safety, and environmental programs at our Pugwash, NS facility. You will develop and implement policies, conduct training, and ensure regulatory compliance to protect employees and the community.

Responsibilities include risk assessment, incident investigation, audits, and reporting KPIs to management. A safety-focused mindset and solid collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential.
