Accounting Advantage in Etobicoke is seeking an experienced Director of Finance & IT to lead Finance, Accounting and IT teams in a hands-on leadership role. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, and monthly reporting while partnering with senior leadership.

This maternity leave coverage is a 13-month contract for an established organization with 15–20 staff across functions. CPA/CMA/CGA designation and 8+ years FP&A, including 4+ in management, are preferred, with solid modelling and
