Accenture seeks a skilled Operations Technology Service Coordinator in Saskatoon, SK. Drive safety and efficiency in mining operations by delivering Level 1 triage and support from our Integrated Operations Center.
As part of Accenture’s Infrastructure Engineering team, you will provide essential OT support, monitoring alarms and incidents vital to operations. Collaborating with dispatch and maintenance teams, you will ensure the stability of our services while executing operational procedures. Your expertise in incident management and networking fundamentals will be pivotal in enhancing our control room effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor OT/ICS dashboards and service health indicators
• Acknowledge and triage alarms based on operational impact




• Create and manage incident tickets with prompt updates
• Execute standard changes and maintenance tasks
• Coordinate validations and checks with on-site technicians
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in IT or related field
• Minimum 1 year in IT/OT support role
• Experience with incident management practices
• Foundational networking knowledge required
• Strong communication skills for effective shifts
