This full-time role in civil construction requires dependable individuals with a minimum of three years of operating experience. You'll focus on rough and finish grading while working closely with foremen and other crews. Knowledge of GPS machine control systems and a strong understanding of earthworks operations are beneficial for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate dozers on active construction sites safely
• Complete rough and finish grading as per specifications
• Strip topsoil and backfill trenches correctly
• Interpret grade stakes and site plans accurately
• Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance
Requirements:
• Minimum three years' experience in civil construction dozer operation
• Understanding of grading and earthmoving operations
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with reliable transport
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented approach
• Commitment to safety and quality in all tasks
